The Site is an informational portal dedicated to the Torre dei Capocci in Rome, a medieval monument housing an artistic workshop specialising in graphic engraving, repoussé, chasing and casting. The Site presents the history of the tower, its spaces, the crafts practised there and the catalogue of works by the engraver Celestino Giampaoli.

The Site does not offer the online purchase of products or services.

All content on the Site — including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and reproductions of works of art — is the exclusive property of Torre dei Capocci or of the respective authors, and is protected by applicable copyright law (Italian Law 633/1941 and Regulation (EU) 2019/790).

Reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or commercial use of any content of the Site without the prior written authorisation of the owner is prohibited. Sharing for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted with appropriate attribution of the source.

Digital reproductions of the works of Celestino Giampaoli and of the Giampaoli family are the exclusive property of the rights holders. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of copyright.

Users undertake not to:

• use the Site for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the computer systems connected to the Site;
• transmit computer viruses or other harmful code;
• collect third parties' personal data through the Site;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Site without authorisation.

The Site contains links to external resources, including the catalogue hosted on Visme (visme.co). These links are provided for the convenience of users; Torre dei Capocci has no control over the content of third-party sites and accepts no liability for such content, for their privacy policies, or for any damage arising from consulting them.

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Torre dei Capocci does not warrant that the Site is free from errors, interruptions or harmful elements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Torre dei Capocci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Site.
